  1. Other than a rooftop, I don’t imagine a communal balcony would ever happen
here in America because it would mean that space would be otherwise
developed into another apartment which would mean giving up on more rent.
See how these things work? It’s all about the bottom line…. However, we
do have MUCH sunnier beaches in America than all the “socialist” countries
    so hahaha! ;)

  2. Really great. I am DIYing my own vertical garden project as well for my
    balcony in Florida.

But, I dont get this trend with dripline systems in garden towers. I mean,
different plants have different water needs anyway (some need well drained
soil and are drought tolerant, some need moist soil) so is it really all
that terrible if you need to remember to water some plants every day? I
like feeling like I am responding to their personal needs. It is much more
    individual and intimate to me

  3. This is truly a great idea- I am thinking of something similar- only thing
is those cubbies for each plant arent quite deep enough for my needs, I
would want to have deeper and longer pits and devote an entire row to wild
    blueberries.
