  1. Thx for the comment. Yes, we feel the same about sugar but its a must
    include in order to preserve. Can you give a bit more detail about ‘stevia’
    as we have not heard of this before and it sounds interesting. Also, do you
    have a recipe for your spruce juice as we have a few trees on our land. Do
    you use a Norwegian pine recipe (using young green shoots) for a cough
    medicine? We made some for the first time this year…
