  3. Sprinkle them on top of the ground in August if they are perennial.
    Sprinkle annual varieties on top of the ground in early spring during a
    light rain or snow.

  4. Very simple thank you, but before they sprout how importaint is it that
    there in the sun (if they’re going to be inside plants)
