    anything refined is full of chemicals.

  3. @mmorrellwilson Artificial sweetener always works, but you are probably not
    interested in that. I would suggest that you omit the sugar, and just rely
    on the natural sugar in the zucchini and squash to provide enough
    sweetness. –Betty :)

  4. I made squash for the first time today but I think my mistake was to saute
    without cooking it before because the outside was super hard and the inside
    was tender… I thought squash was like zucchini but apparently it isn’t..

  5. That looks delicious! In the summer time I make something similar but I add
    sliced carrots and a little bit of Emeril’s seasoning (its kind of spicy).
    Very good!!

    thought to add the salt. I’m about to make this in a couple hours to go
    with a roast chicken.
